9 kА , S=100-2000 mm², 160 butt/h. Control of welder’s mechanisms and of welding process is automatically carried out by SIEMENS controller according to the program. The welder’s pneumatic system is produced on the basis of Camozzi. Pneumatic flash-remover can be additionally mounted.

КС 011 welder is designed for flash-butt welding of variform industrial rolled metal (round, angle, square, pipe, strip etc.) with cross-section up to 4000mm2 from low-carbon, alloyed and tool steel, welding of high-strength reinforcement and aluminium with cross-section up to 800 mm2 with or without flash removal.
